How a tiny ...

taken from the 2012 animation movie "Sammy's adventure 2". The movie as a whole is definitely for young kids but as it is with some of these animation movies.. they can offer scenes that also work for a grown up audience, as evidenced by this very funny scene.
Bach - Concerto for oboe & violin BWV 1060

Vladimir Spivakov & Moscow Virtuosi Oboe - Vladimir Kurlin Violin - Vladimir Spivakov Artwork : Rob Gonsalves Older recording (1989?) but it hasn't been bettered imho; there aren't many oboe players who are able to keep the tension between these beautiful long phrases and actually finish them with such control and musicality as Vladimir Kurlin in this recording.
Vai being expressive and slightly frustrated over momentarily not exactly having the gift of melody

Yes, a lot of nuance..... in the title at least! :-D I was having fun musically by playing some phrases and ideas in an improvisatory way that obviously sounded "in the style of".. (I had just heard his new recording) .. and could've/would've perhaps should've cultivated and polished the ideas/playing before uploading it... but I really liked the rawness (randomness?) and spirit of this short r...

This version is her best and I got it from: "TIMELESS FAVOURITES - With A Song In My Heart - Richard Rodgers " - a reader's digest 3cd offering of of Richard Rodgers classics... (bought it for 1 euro at the thriftstore;-). I don't own the copyrights so I can only hope it continues to stay on here. No info is available on orchestra/instrumentalists (who's playing that nifty sax line?) and even s...

thought of a clickbait thumbnail of a sexy woman to generate many many views... to go along with the super catchy title .. but I dislike that kind of dishonesty so now you're stuck looking at my mug :P I love a particular run up and down towards the end of the 3rd movement of the clarinet concerto No. 1 in F minor, Op. 73 by Weber and had fun polishing my guitar chops with it. Decided to make i...

Of course, there's no way a crowd would respond like that to whatever guitarsolo.. well, not that I know of anyway :p It was some recording I did through the amplitube software / guitar amp emulator. put some crowd cheering under it because... because I can :-D and to make it sound more lively ;-)
Rachmaninov - Henselt - Si oiseau j'étais

This is Rachmaninov playing Étude caractéristique, op.2, nr.6, "Si oiseau j'étais, à toi je volerais" by Adolph Henselt (1814-1889), who has been an important figure in establishing the "russian piano school". It's taken from the recording "a window in time" of which I don't own the rights. I did tinker with the sonics a bit which perhaps doesn't add a whole lot of difference - you might even c...
Fireflies Ringtone project vid - lower

See other version of the fireflies intro I uploaded, for more elaborate info on how why etc. This is the lower version I mentioned in the other upload that has a the intro moved up a few keys of the original. Perhaps of added value to some is that both versions make quite the work out for your speakers/headphones... the built up at the end of the loop goes really really low. I like how these di...

Always liked the intro.. - thanks singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Adam Young! - and in my desire to have the intro as a ringtone, I had fun putting it in a loop a couple of times and adjust a thing here and there with some simple software tweaks (I used Audacity) to add some echo, reverb.. change some in the equalization..compression.. bass/treble... and eh.. what else.. put it up ...

Поразительно…! Восхищаюсь при каждом прослушивании.
It was, is, and probably will be the best series ever, together with Good Omens. Can’t watch it often enough.
Finally, a quality rendition of this wonderful aria. Thank you!
This is the best retrospective I've seen - thank you SO much!

“Free for all” is the best episode it encapsulated the essence of The Prisoner
Loved the show until the very last episode which I felt really was degenerating
At the end a bunch of stodgy unimaginative old men going on record with their lack of intelligence just shows you what McGoohan was up against. He was on this internal hero's journey in the Campbellian sense. They were the ones with their heads up their butts so far they thought it was self-indulgence. Withoutt McGoohan, there is no David Lynch.
The statement that there is no Twin Peaks without The Prisoner is on point. The finale of The Prisoner will go down in history as one of the biggest mindfucks of all time.
Who is Number One? You are, Number Six.
Which actor is Number 2 at 2:40 please?
At about 7:26 the video freezes❗☹
Es un flugecorno?
Patrick MacGoohan, Marshall McLuhan, Patrick MacGoohan, Marshall McLuhan, Patrick MacGoohan, Marshall McLuhan, Patrick MacGoohan, Marshall McLuhan, Patrick MacGoohan, Marshall McLuhan...
The video froze from 7:33 - 10:36.
I still remember him for his role in Ice Station Zebra.
Love the “Prisoner,” UFO” and “Space: 1999” crossovers and references…
I wish McGoohan had lived to comment on the Trump and COVID hysterias…
Thanks for you upload
When you think of all the things the various 'new Number Twos' put Number 6 through, all that mind-fuckery, isn't it just as probable that he simply (or not-so-simply) cracked? That the final episode is really all a monstrous delusion he suffers within his own mind -- even, and especially, his inner 'revelation' that HE HIMSELF is Number 1? Many or most of the episodes are somewhat straightforward stories that one could well imagine COULD happen in the real world -- in the 'Village'' where ex-spies are 'retired' due to them having knowledge that the Powers That Be can't allow out-and-about in the world-at-large. The various Number Twos are charged with extracting from him the reason that he retired -- he, a man who was entrusted with discovering and keeping secrets who had gone "too far" in that he had made a Choice to retire and had decided to keep his reason for doing so a secret from his higher-ups. And they can't have that, now, can they? They MUST know -- they must know EVERYTHING. So they do any- and everything they can -- short of killing him -- to pry that secret from his mind . . . . . . until he just snaps. Even the most indomitable will can be broken. Each of us has a hidden vulnerability, a private fragility. The pressure became too much for him, and so he retreated inward, beset by monsters from his own subconscious mind manifesting themselves in his unhinged self-apocalypse. Maybe he hallucinated seeing Number One as himself due to a need to seize control of his own Mind after it had suffered the traumas inflicted upon it. In other words, "Fallout" really takes place in the 'home' -- the prison cell -- where he had first awakened in "Arrival" . . . only, he's in some kind of a fugue state, a waking nightmare. What we, the Audience, saw was all in his head. He remained the Prisoner -- as that thrice-repeated image of his face zooming towards the Camera and slamming into those prison bars exemplified right when he unmasked 'Number 1' -- as he is now a prisoner within his own shattered mind. They broke him . . . and yet, he never did reveal the Reason why he had retired. In his mind he 'escaped' from the Village, only for the door of his London flat to have that same automatic closing mechanism as did -- as does -- his REAL domicile, the prison-cell where 'Number 6' dwells. His mind goes back to his last 'sane' memory, when he was driving to Headquarters to hand in his resignation -- before all that mind-fuckery began to sever his ties to reality.
37:31,,,Earl the squirrel?
It's the first TV show about nothing. (That was sort of the point...)
I thought the last 4 episodes were not great, sadly. Especially the western and the sherlock holmes episode. The double-episode finale was a bit underwhelming and anticlimactic. I kind of pretend those two episodes don't exist, because the rest of the show was brilliant, and I inject a lot of my own imagination into the finale because it was such a letdown.
Now I'm going to have nightmares after seeing that forced grin
Who is Number One? You are, Number Six.
A magnificent show. It'll live forever.
Prisoners for Christopher Nolan ❤❤
Nakariakov is one of the greatest trumpeters in the world, his sweet way of playing with that enveloping sound reaches into the soul, and then he also has an incredible technique and speed that only hard study combined with his great talent make him a true example for those who play this wonderful instrument. thanks for posting this concert 😊
Back here again. What a treat to the ears this song is. Thank you
Venezia è Ancora più bella con esecuzione di Sergey nacariakov❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It's up there with the best Stefano Battaglia, Bobo Stenson, etc. ECM ❤✨
finally who was no 1 ?
Google should have renamed Bard to The General instead of Gemini, it's the same just 55 years before it's time...
❤
Patrick had very high morals and this is the reason he wouldn’t kiss Nadia
Loved to finally see at ~ 29:15 Fenella Fielding the lady who did the announcements.
Sad that many of these fine actors have left the stage
i dont get to deep into tv series but i watched this when it first came out and still thoughly enjoy it even got my own DVD set of the series i love it
..the Mozart of Music Performance!!!!
good player, boring game. google "skomar" best billiard game in the world.
Not bad technic but the sound and the way Nakariakov holds the trumpet down are not even close to master-virtuoso Timofey Dokschitzer...Sorry!
What concert is this? There has to other great songs 🎵 👏 👌 😊
Eu não consigo passar um dia sem ouvir "Preto e Branco". Esta música é terapia, é bálsamo e catarse para mim. Que tenham longa vida, Maria e Mário.
The best❤🎉😊
Of all the music I've listened to in my life this gets the "most superb and most under-appreciated" award and I think by extension most missed as I find it hard to believe other muso's wouldn't rate it... it's just blindingly awesome, every track. Wow, just wow.
Do you know which orchestra performed this song?
❤
Some of this reminded me of the Wild Wild West and that's from episode 1 on....
